ATM is 10 km from Bukit Lawang in Bohorok – on the way from Medan.
It is possible to drive a bike to get to the ATM from Bukit Lawang.
You can also get cash from your card in Bukit Lawang in agencies. They charge 10%.
The trekking starts at 9 am after breakfast. It ends around 2 or 3 pm.
If you need to rush to the airport earlier, we can adapt.
We have a waterproof tent, we offer a thin mattress, a mosquito net, and a blanket.
We cook different variants of local fresh food in the jungle.

The reason is our costs do not differ and moreover, if you bring baby, we have to cater for extra help.

You need to wear long trousers, T-shirt is fine – no need for a long sleeves. It is very humid and hot here 🙂
Running shoes are ok, although trekking shoes are preferred.

On the first day of the tour we do offer a bottle of water for free.
Second day we boil extra water.
Yes, you will be joined with other group.
You should follow what the guide and guide assistant are saying, in that case there is no danger. They can handle situations.
