We're a band of certified jungle trek guides, each with over 6 years of exploring uncrowded trails in the park. We're taking a hardcore 3-month boot camp approved by the Indonesian Guide Association. Sure, that's the official stamp we need, but we bring more to the table: strong ethics, eco-smarts, and a commitment to keeping the jungle living the way it should be! Check, check, and check. We know the National Park Guidelines like the back of our hands and make sure everyone who joins our jungle jam does, too. Why? Because these forests are precious, and it's up to all of us to keep them groovy for the future – not just for us, but for the superstar Sumatran Orangutans.

### Candra

I'm originally from Bukit Lawang and I've been a guide since 2007! I'm a happy person who absolutely loves nature and I'm passionate about taking excellent care of my guests while always respecting the animals we encounter. I have extensive knowledge about the flora and fauna of Sumatra's incredible jungles. My motto is "keep smiling and do the best" - and I live by it every day! I lead treks ranging from 1 to 7 days, and I also love organizing tours around Sumatra. I speak English fluently and I'm excited to share my passion for this beautiful region with you!

### Ginta

I'm a native of Bukit Lawang and I've been guiding since 2000 - that's over two decades of experience! I have a deep love for animals and always treat them with the utmost respect. As one of our expert guides, I take great responsibility for ensuring our guests have safe, memorable, and educational experiences. What makes me unique is that I'm one of the few guides who speaks both Dutch and English, making me perfect for international visitors! I lead treks from 1 to 5 days, and I can't wait to show you the wonders of the Sumatran jungle!

I'm a proud Bukit Lawang local and I've been guiding since 2008! I'm known for my high energy and enthusiasm - I've spent years learning everything I can about the incredible flora and fauna that call this jungle home. As an expert guide, I take great pride in ensuring our guests have amazing experiences while staying safe. I love to joke around and keep things fun, and I know lots of jungle tricks - including some real "jungle magic" when you stay overnight in the jungle! I lead treks from 1 to 5 days, and I speak English. Get ready for an adventure filled with laughter and discovery!

I'm originally from Bukit Lawang and I've been a guide since 2002! I absolutely love nature and animals, and as one of our expert guides, I always take full responsibility for our guests' safety and enjoyment. I'm known for always having a smile on my face and bringing years of jungle experience to every trek. I especially love playing jungle games with my guests - they're a fun way to learn about the forest! I lead jungle treks from 1 to 3 days, and I speak English. I'm a Bukit Lawang native and I've been guiding since 1999 - that's over 25 years of experience! I have a deep passion for nature and animals, and as one of our expert guides, I always take full responsibility for our guests' well-being. I'm known for being knowledgeable and having extensive experience in the jungle. I particularly love long treks and have completed many challenging 7-day expeditions! I'm always eager to learn more about the flora and fauna, and I love sharing that knowledge with others. I lead treks from 1 to 7 days, and I speak English. If you're looking for an experienced guide for an extended adventure, I'm your person!

### Marwan

I'm originally from Bukit Lawang and I've been a guide since 2019! While I'm one of our newer guides, I have a deep love for nature and animals. Before becoming a guide, I worked in the jungle for 8 years as a jungle cook, so I have extensive experience in the wilderness! I've learned so much about flora and fauna from my father's experience and from our senior guides. I'm very active and always take great responsibility for our guests' safety and enjoyment. One of my favorite activities is fishing in the jungle - it's so peaceful! I lead treks from 1 to 7 days, and I speak English. I'm excited to share my passion for the jungle with you!

I'm a Bukit Lawang local and I've been guiding since 2003! I have an incredible passion for nature and animals, and as one of our expert guides, I've completed some of the longest trips in the jungle - up to 20 days! I absolutely love fishing in the jungle, especially at our campsite areas - there's nothing quite like it. I'm always happy and take great pride in my work, ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. I lead treks from 1 to 20 days, so whether you want a short adventure or an epic extended journey, I'm ready! I speak English and I can't wait to take you on an unforgettable jungle expedition!
