Discover two of North Sumatra’s most memorable nature areas in one smooth itinerary. Trek and camp in Gunung Leuser’s rainforest to look for orangutans, then travel off-road to Tangkahan for rivers, hot springs, waterfalls and an elephant-centre visit.

Couldn’t recommend more! We had an amazing 4N/3D Jungle Trekking with our guides Zidan & Irgi and it was amazing. SJT really made the most of our trip to Gunung Leuser: everything is taken care of from A to Z. We were lucky enough to see plenty of wildlife as well.
